Become a host!

Hosts are recruited every year to help the CHARM committee and the Coordinators before and during the fair days.

In November we will be looking for around 150 hosts, with varying roles, such as contact with companies or helping out with the carpeting and logistics the week before the fair. The hosts mainly help out during the fair days or during a couple of weeks before the fair.

Besides helping us create this amazing career fair, you also get some extra benefits as a host:

  • You will get to attend the CHARM banquet, which is an elegant three course dinner, where you get to talk to company representative in a relaxed setting.

  • A host present (value ~400 SEK)

  • Lunch in Kårrestaurangen and access to the company lounges where there are tons of fika. (During the fair days)

  • Food whenever else you have a work shift.

We have tried to visualize on which days the different host types will have work shifts, so you can make a more informed choice. When scheduling the work shifts we will, of course, take your needs into account, so you don’t miss some obligatory lesson, and most importantly making sure you still have time to attend the fair. The work shifts are set to be during LP3, LV34 and LV5; from the 9th of February to the 20th of February (LP = Study Period, LV = Study Week).
