Become a Coordinator!
Coordinators help the CHARM committee put great projects and creative ideas into action. As a coordinator you will get a responsibility within a project related to the fair, such as the Banquet, the company lounges, or the reception for the companies and students.
You will belong to one of three main groups: Logistics and Service, Marketing or Corporate Relations and Events. Below is a more detailed explanation of the groups and the specific roles.

Logistics & Service
The Logistics & Service group plans and runs the immense organization needed for the two days of the fair. Through coordination of all the necessary transports, the furniture, carpet and decorations find their place with the help from this group. Logistics & Service are also responsible for all food during the fair and for the recruitment of hosts.

Fair Coordinator (12 people)
Are you passionate about organising events and building strong professional connections? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful fair experience for both exhibitors and visitors? Then consider becoming one of our Fair Coordinators.
As a Fair Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated area of the fair and managing a team of hosts to ensure that everything runs efficiently. In addition to your on-site responsibilities during the fair days, you will be in charge of liaising with multiple companies in the lead-up to the event. Your tasks will include addressing company requests both before and during the fair, assisting them with their questions, and ensuring they have everything they need for a successful participation.
This position offers you the opportunity to develop your organisational and communication skills while working closely with your fellow Fair Coordinators and the rest of the organisation . It is a challenging yet rewarding role that will allow you to contribute to the overall success of the event, as well as gain valuable experience in event coordination.

Logistics Coordinator (3 persons)
Are you a person who is structured and likes to plan with great personal responsibility? Do you want to be part of enabling one of Sweden’s largest job fairs? Then YOU are the one we´re looking for!
As a Logistics coordinator, you will be part of the planning and implementation of material handling before, during and after the fair. You will guide our logistics hosts during the fair construction and deconstruction. You will also ensure that the logistics operations run smoothly, which includes managing and organizing company goods and storages.
The Logistics Coordinators, together with the Logistics Manager, will form a small tight group that has fun together and supports each other throughout the work.
Forklift driver's license is a plus but not a must!

Reception Coordinator (3 people)
Are you a problem solver and service-minded person? Do you want to develop your leadership skills? Apply for Reception Coordinator!
In a team of three, together with the Information and Reception Manager, you’ll work to create exceptional receptions for the fair, by obtaining necessary materials and communicating with company representatives
You will have the opportunity to organize the project the way you choose, and you will have operational responsibility for the receptions. This includes a group of receptionists and wardrobe hosts who’ll help you out. You should be Swedish speaking to apply.

Lounge Coordinator (4 people)
Are you service-minded with a sense for planning and organizing? Do you want to develop your leadership skills? Apply for Lounge Coordinator!
You will work in a team of four and will be responsible for the lounges where company representatives and hosts can drink coffee, mingle, and recharge their batteries during the fair. You will have close contact with the Service Manager in designing the lounge and purchases of necessary materials and “fika”. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to design the lounges to your liking.
Marketing
The Marketing Group is responsible for all the marketing material regarding the CHARMfair and any surrounding events. Their main task is the CHARM catalogue, a guide for students to navigate the fair area and provide useful information. The marketing group also makes all the graphic design for the fair, including posters and banners, administer the social media platforms, and provide profile clothing. Altogether, their mission is to inform the students at Chalmers about the CHARMfair and represent CHARM’s image.

Catalogue Coordinator (1 people)
Are you both creative and detail-oriented? Do you want to help create one of the most visible parts of CHARM? Then apply for Catalogue Coordinator!
Together with the Catalogue Manager, you will be part of producing the CHARM Catalogue- the guide and showcase for thousands of students and companies. Your tasks will be varied, from proofreading and gathering information to supporting the layout and design process. Collaboration with the Art Director is likely to happen, making the role a great opportunity to explore both content and visual creation.
Past experience with programs like Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is always welcome, but not required. Curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important!

CHARM Ambassador Coordinator (2 people)
Are you a social and outgoing person? Do you want to help show the best side of Chalmers University of Technology to students from other schools? Then apply for CHARM Ambassador Coordinator.
As CHARM Ambassador Coordinator, you will help the PR-Event manager in organizing and hosting a reception for students visiting from other universities from all around Sweden. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks like planning the reception, hosting tours around campus and making sure our visitors have been fed.

Graphic Design Coordinator (2 people)
Are you a creative person?
Do you enjoy design and want to help shape the visual identity CHARM? Then apply to be our Graphic Design Coordinator!
In this role, you’ll support the Art Director in creating marketing materials such as posters and banners to promote CHARM. You’ll also design graphics for various CHARM-related events, giving you the chance to work on a wide range of creative projects. …
Past experience with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is a plus, but not a must. What matters most is your curiosity, creativity and willingness to learn!
Corporate Relations & Events
This group is responsible for handling business relations between the committee and potential exhibitors. They make sure the fair is filled with interesting companies from all areas of the industry. The group also plans and executes all kinds of events during the fair, connects students with their desired companies and organises the grand banquet.

CHARMtalks Coordinator (2 people)
Are you interested in improving your connections? Would you like to help your fellow students excel in their career? Then become one of our Let’sCHARMtalk Coordinators.
As coordinator for Let’sCHARMtalk you will help coordinate Let’sCHARMtalk which is an event where students and company representatives get the chance to meet and carry out conversations without the distractions presented at the fairgrounds. You will help direct the company representatives as well as students, and be their closest point of contact if they need assistance. The event runs throughout both days of the fair, and you will be expected to work during these days as well as contribute with some preparations beforehand.
Your place as a coordinator will come with challenges and a chance for you to develop and work in a small but dedicated team consisting of the Corporate Event Manager from CHARMk and the other Let’sCHARMtalk Coordinator.

Banquet Coordinator (2 people)
Are you interested in a grand social event with splendor and brilliance? Do you want to be a part of arranging a fantastic dinner party that will be remembered by hundreds of people? Then you should join us and become a Banquet Coordinator!
As the Banquet Coordinator you will be a part of the team that assists the Banquet Manager in the CHARMcommittée with planning the CHARMbanquet. Your duties will vary and you will be able to shape the role according to your interest, for instance your responsibilities could revolve around the graphic design and decor for the event. You could also take part in creating the banquet movie that will be shown to company representatives and the students attending the Banquet. Being a Banquet Coordinator will be a creative assignment where you can come up with your own ideas that add sparks and flair to the Banquet! On the day of the Banquet you will have a great responsibility in preparing the Banquet and maintaining a good contact with the CHARM hosts. A bonus for you is the opportunity to attend the Banquet and experience the evening you helped design and create!

Fair Event Coordinator (1 people)
Do you enjoy having creative freedom and want to get involved in meaningful and fun events directed towards the students at chalmers? In that case you are perfect for this role!
As Fair Event Coordinator you will assist the Fair Event Manager in making the CHARMfair even more enjoyable by organizing events specifically directed towards the students. Your responsibilities will include hosting the event, preparing and planning all necessary equipment together with the Fair Event Manager and decorating the location a few days before the actual events.
