APPLICATION PROCESS
Every step of the application and the important dates you need to know!
Application of Interest
Start by submitting an Application of Interest. Here, you provide information about your company, your organisation and what you are looking for at CHARM. You will also have the opportunity to tell us why you would like to participate in the fair.
Deadline 31st of October 2026
Selection
After the application period has closed, CHARM reviews all applications. Based on the applications and the available spots at the fair, CHARM selects the companies that will be invited to participate.
Contract
If your company is selected, you will receive a participation contract. The contract contains the terms and conditions for participating in CHARM and must be completed before continuing with the preparations for the fair.
Information and Orders
Once the contract has been completed, you can start preparing your participation. This includes completing the different fair forms, providing us with the necessary information about your company and your activities, and making orders for the services and materials you would like to have at the fair.

CHARMfair!
Everything is now ready! On the day of the fair, you get the opportunity to meet students from Chalmers, present your company, build relationships and find future employees.
