The CHARM committee 2026
The CHARM committee is run by 18 students and a project manager
They work hard to create one of Scandinavia’s leading careers fairs. The students are chosen by the Student Union’s board in May and start their work in July. Together they plan, form and execute the fair to make it as great and unforgettable as possible.
Project Manager
This year’s project manager, working on a full-time basis with the Student Union, is Andin Blomgren. He is appointed by the Student Union Council and serves in the union’s Unit for Corporate Relations parallel to the work as project manager. His job in the committee is above all that of inspiring and leading the other members towards their mutual goal of an outstanding careers fair.

Marketing
The Marketing Group creates just about everything you see a CHARM logo on, such as posters, merchandise, profile clothing and the CHARMcatalogue! They organize marketing events, reach out to students through social media and create all the graphic design for the fair. Altogether, they are in charge of informing Chalmers students about the CHARMfair and representing CHARM’s image.

Corporate Relations &
Events
The Corporate Relations & Events Group is responsible for the contact with exhibitors regarding the application to the fair. They also organize and host the events which take place during the fair, such as: CHARMtalks and the CHARMbanquet, where students and company representatives get the chance to converse and learn from one another.

Logistics &
Service
The Logistics & Service Group has the task of coordinating the practical execution of the fair. This includes: designing the layout of the fair with safety in mind, laying around 5000 m² CHARMcarpet, handling the logistics of getting materials to the fair and the exhibitors’ booths as well as recruiting the fair crew. They also have the very important task of making sure the company representatives and the fair crew get food and lots of fika.
